My goal is to provide my client's with a level of customer service that surpasses their expectations. My knowledge of the real estate transaction provides a smooth home buying or selling experience. 


I use honesty and integrity to guide my actions and the actions of my clients. Everyone is treated fairly.

I eliminate issues before they come up by staying on top of the transaction from the beginning to the end, which is ultimately the closing. The key to a smooth buying or selling process is the attention to detail. There are many variables that go into every purchase or sale of real estate and we have processes in place to assure they are all met.

I hired my sister, Brenda Stites, as a licensed assistant in 2005. She is an invaluable asset and has already gained a careers worth of knowledge in a short amount of time. She is another part of my group that helps me to eliminate issues before they arise. We come from a family of eleven children so cooperation and problem solving come naturally to us.

I have been married to my wife Julie since 1998 and we have 2 wonderful children named Ryan and Abby. Our family likes to do anything as long as it's outside and make several trips to Colorado each year also.

We really are thankful for the oppurtunity to serve our clients. Tim and Julie Seibold along with their team are great at helping people purchase and sell houses. They helped us purchase a property a couple of years ago then helped us sell that property recently. They are the most knowledgeable and helpful agents we have ever worked with. They have been successfully selling real estate for decades and the experience shows. They are experts in every aspect of real estate, and they know what is worth spending time and money on when preparing to list a house. They had an offer on our house in 4 days and we closed in less than 1 month. They also have a network of reasonably priced repair people for almost anything that needs done. We used people from their recommendations for repairs while purchasing the house, during the time we owned the house and when selling the house. Everyone they recommended was fabulous.
